Terms and Conditions:
The contract between us:
Your order can only be accepted once the full price for the goods has been received.
When we receive your payment well will confirm your order by sending an email to the email address that you provide us while placing your order.
The e-mail we send is just for the confirmation of receipt of your order. If you don’t receive the email it means your order is not placed and dispatched so the notifying email is compulsory to have your order dispatched.
When we accept your order, we create a legally binding contract.
Our Right to refuse your order:
No order will be accepted by us if, without limitation, and regardless of whether payment has been received by us, any of the following conditions are met:
It is not possible for us to deliver the goods you ordered due to insufficient stock;
Your area is not covered by our delivery service; or
There may have been a typographical error or an error in our suppliers’ pricing information that led to an incorrect price being listed for the goods you ordered.
Within 30 days of your order, you will receive an email notification from us informing you that we have refused your order, and we will refund any amount deducted from your payment method as soon as possible. We are not obligated to offer any additional compensation if you have been disappointed.
