Return Details:

Cancellation of order

We need to know as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order, so please call our customer service team (+44 012 1318 1899) immediately. There are two possible scenarios.

1) In the event that you cancel an order before it is dispatched, you will receive a full refund, including delivery charges.

2) You will receive a refund after the deduction of delivery charges if you cancel the order after it has been dispatched.

Failed to deliver:

It is necessary to have permission before the product is delivered to the right person. In this case, the customer’s signature serves as confirmation. You will be contacted three times by our courier if you are not at home. You will be charged delivery charges after removing the product from your account if you are not still there when the courier delivers it back to us. Delivery charges must be paid back if you want to buy the same item again without getting a refund.

Exchange or return the Defective Items:

Call our customer service team at +44 012 1318 1899  if you find any defects in the delivered item. You can send the defective item to us using a regional courier or we will arrange for our courier to pick up the item. Our customer service team will provide a refund or exchange option once we have received and analyzed the delivered product. The refund or exchange will only be processed if we are notified within 24 hours of receiving the product. There will be no exceptions to the late return policy. New and unused products must be returned in their original packaging.

Non-Defective Items:

You can contact our customer service at +44 012 1318 1899 if you find the delivered product does not meet your requirements and return it within 2 days. Only the delivery charge will be deducted in this case, and the rest will be credited to you.

Refund Procedure:

The full amount including the delivery price will be returned if the order is canceled before dispatching. After cancellation, the buyer will receive the amount after deducting delivery charges back to his account in the event the order is canceled after dispatch.
